Transcendental Meditation™ (TM) isn’t about forcing silence or clearing your mind.

In traditional TM, a personalized mantra—given by a trained teacher—is repeated silently to guide the mind beyond surface chatter.
It’s simple, effortless, and powerful.
And over time, it rewires the brain, calms the nervous system, and opens clarity.
This week in the InnerQuest Signature Flow Workshop, our focus is Mental Clarity.
Inspired by the TM approach, I’ve created a mantra-based meditation—not to replace TM, but to offer a gateway into the same inner spaciousness.
