Iwatch
Need support for Iwatch, watches are the new phones. Phone stays at home so I can’t get into my workplace (this is my own fault of course, but please get with the times 😇)

Bruker appen i et nyoppført bygg. For noen fungerer den, andre har vanskelig for å komme inn utenom åpningstid. Appen oppdaterer seg ikke selv etter gjentatte forsøk når den har utløpt. Frustrerende å be om hjelp hver gang. Appen skulle også ha fungert uten å måtte gå inn via selve Appen, men at telefonen fungerer som nøkkel.

I miss a widget to open doors faster. Searching and opening the app takes long and I don’t have a premium spot available on the first Home Screen.
A widget is a real no brainer feature for key apps.

Finner ingen mulighet til å bruke klokken som nøkkel. Dette er en mye bedre løsning så jeg håper det blir prioritert en løsning for dette.

We use the justIN app at the office and the keys last 14 days, then it’s supposed too refressh and have 14days again, but every 14 days i cant get in and have too get the landlord to fix it! This app is not something i would recommend to others

Seriously? Yet another update with just bugfixes?
Why is the widget still a legacy widget and not updated to IOS 14! standard? It’s been 2 years since apple made the changes .
Why is homekey/nfc/apple featured not released yet? It’s been a year since you announced this feature.
Assa Abloy has already released this. Why are you so slow to implement this?

Credit card information
I am a happy and very satisfied user of the app. The only ( major) problem I meet with this app is the resistance from users to register with a credit card no matter what. I am in the Board of a big condominium in Norway with 211 apartments and 36 stores. Very often we want to encourage different suppliers and handymen to use the app, but as often they refuse because they are required to register payment information even if the use of the app does not incur any costs. Especially technicians using employers phone refuse to install it either because they refuse to register a card or because the employer does not allow it. I think you should offer a registration option without card information of any kind, and only require it if that is somehow necessary to activate some kind of function.

Hey Salto.
We run an apartment hotel with 65 rooms called Apartments.no in Norway. We have changed all locks to «salto» this autumn and use the app "justin" on mobile as a key card. We are unmanned.
So far this has not been easy and we spend a lot of time on this, unfortunately. This is mainly because when the "key" is sent out to the customer from the booking, it is required that the customer has downloaded the app before. If the customer has not downloaded the app, the customer will not receive the key until after 15 minutes, and the customer will therefore stand by a locked door and start calling us.
In other apps such as UNLOC, the key will appear in the app even if the customer downloads the app after the key has been sent out.
Is it not possible to create such a solution here? That is, when the customer logs in to the app with their phone number, regardless of whether the app is downloaded after the key is issued, will find their key here?

A bad app idea
Two days in a row this app has kept me from leaving work (getting into the garage at work), and starting to work (can’t get to my desk). Because the digital “key” apparently keeps changing for security, for no reason, and my instance of the app does not update properly. Such a fragile, slow and unnecessary way to solve a non-problem with an app.

Apple Watch-widget?
Since Apple is the one that limits the NFC; there where mentioned at a feedback 04.01.2019 to smarcin, that a new version including widget where to be released in near future.
It has now gone almost 3 months; is the future near?

Starts Apple pay
This app doesn’t work well on iPhone X. Always starts Apple Pay when you try to access a door. Sorry but 1 star. I’ll change it once it’s fixed. 🔥

Almost perfect!
This app is great, but I think its 1 or 2 taps more than it needs to be, to unlock a door.
And you really, really need to make an apple watch app.
If I understand the process, the app uses bluetooth? Could it be possible to take advantage of the NFC in the iPhone and Apple Watch?
