physiological parameters in real time such as:
- Heart rate: the number of heartbeats per minute
- Heart rate variability: the variability of your heartbeats, which reflects the

- Breathing rate variability: the variability of your breathing, which is
related to
your capacity to focus attention and emotional state
- Synchrony: the regularity of your heart variability rhythm, which correlates
with your heart-brain connection flow

- Vitalab implements mindful breathing biofeedback that helps rebalance your
energies to target either calming or boosting
- A Breathing Score is computed in real time and indicates your rebalancing
capacity
Holistic metrics:

- Vitalab computes your Energy Balance score, which displays the balance of your
body and mind
- The Energy Balance is a number between -100% and 100% depending on your
relaxation or stress level at the time of measurement. Good balance is achieved around 0
Eastern energy systems

- Vitalab proposes an alternative view of your health by computing Eastern
energies correlated to the Indo-Tibetan 3-energies known as the Doshas and
Humors
- The Prana or Qi is quantified via a measure of your nervous system activity
and its capacity to manifest a smooth flow.
- For a better understanding of these 3-energies, Vitalab proposes a self-check
of your baseline (known as constitution) via a questionnaire
- The Vitalab 3-energies are however, only estimations. A precise assessment
should always be performed by a qualified Eastern physician
