Swiss out of date

I understand i can not travel with Swiss anymore.

I can not get a refund from my employee for my work travel as Swiss can not mannage to give a PDF reciept when they take payment.

They need to adress this, a email that shows how mutch you have payed can not be transfered to any claim registration…

Bookings are removed

For some reason, my added bookings are removed. That’s very annoying because I have to re-add them.

Also the UX/design is poor. Looks like something from 1996.
