When you get your money back, they will bann you, so you have to choose to lose that money or lose the account

Useless devs and management
1. Bots that could not be fixed
2. Useless customer service. Auto reply. It takes months to get your money back when buying from in-game shop fails.
3. Did nothing serious when players exploited game glitches.
4. No pvp arena or other mini-games that could make the game competitive or just to kill time. It’s more like of a grinding/leveling game on afk mode. Fkn boring to honest.
5. The game is more likely to die soon.

I bought a package for the blue equipment, but surprisingly the money was withdrawn and I didn't get any items from what I bought, the price of the package was $100. I do not recommend downloading the game because the game management is a group of thieves who feed on people's money, and if you want to write to them, no one will answer you.

Purchased sarmati’s mission 1 and 2 but only sarmati’s mission 1 activated. I’vs sent already a report but no respone until now.

Could have been good
Could have been a decent enough game if not for the insane amount of bots causing frequent crashes on Ios, in game purchases paid for but never received, and a summon system that only rewards luck and nothing else. Extremely frustrating to play even if the game itself in theory is pretty good.
