Appalling!

Tried to get a parcel from the Netherlands to Sweden. First they claimed the address was not correct and that the parcel was sent back. Then I left a new address, but after some days with total silence I got a new message that the parcel was still waiting in the post office, and that time was running out. When I once again tried to obtain the parcel they claimed I should have a new parcel number- which I of course hadn’t received. I still don’t know if I will get the parcel. Terrible system!
