Håpløs kundeservice

GoToGate er svært vanskelig å forholde seg til dersom man vil gjøre rndringer/kanselleringer av reisen, eller tilbakebetaling av penger man har tilgode. De bruker lang tid, og krever urimelig dokumentasjon. Frarådes som reisesslskap.

Bad app

This is one of worst dick head app I ever had to use! Continue beeing stupid because you can not do else than that!

Not helpful

This app feels more like an obstacle course lodges inside a labyrinth than than a helpful piece of software. I never did find out how I was supposed to check in to my flight and the app didn’t survive my boarding. I did make my flight though, but that was IN SPITE OF his app, not because of it.

The worst experience I ever had

My flight got canceled,so I contact the agency to find another flight and after waiting long time in the line the person who answer it wasn’t able to rebook new flight and this happened many times and when finally we find flights and I ask to get that one they say they will book that one but I never got the tickets that I already have pay for

It’s not serious agency at all and it doesn’t respect the clients so I don’t recommend it to anyone

I lost much time and money 😕🤬
