Not reliable

Gives notice that my wash is finished, but when I arrive at the laundromat 15minutes later, it still had 13 minutes left… and on the app it says that the dryer I’m using is free, thus, as I arrive there is a queue of people who thought there were free laundry machines when there wasn’t…
