Automatic brush head reordering service

Always have a fresh brush head when you need one. As the Sonicare app monitors your brush head’s usage, the reordering service reminds you when you need a replacement, and can automatically place an order so it arrives just in time. The brush head smart reordering service is available in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Japan.

Connect with Apple Health

We heard you! You can now link the Sonicare app to the Apple Health app. When you do, you can track your brushing habits along with the rest of your health data, so you can set goals and be in control of your personal health.

Misfornøyd med de nye børstene.

Jeg skulle kjøpe nye tannkoster til min Sonicare. Men børstene er alt for små. Svært skuffet over å høre at de jeg fikk til min tannbørste var gått ut !!!. Kan dere skaffe meg dem ? Virket som de nye var til en barne tannkost. Har ikle åpnet pakken da de ser ubrukelig ut for meg . Mvh, Kari

Useless software

Who ever wrote this ap should look for a new job, worst app I ever used never suns properly and you expect better when you buy this product

Only thing missing is Dark mode

The app is great, but it hurts my eyes with the bright white background when I’m going to bed at night.

I try to reduce my blue light exposure at night time, but this app makes that impossible.

Also, an all white screen uses much more battery.

Dark mode, please 🙏

Kobler seg ikke opp, selv om det står at Bluetooth er koblet tl tannbørsten.

Virket kun ett par uker så var den offline etter det( over ett år offline )

Just stops connecting with the brush

Can reset bluetooth, pair it again. Connects a couple of times, the stops. Until you reset bluetooth and pair again. All brush data lost. But I like the brush.

Ok, would like improvements

The app is quite simple to use and offers statistics in a nice view. Although it shows a battery icon for my brush, it the graphic doesn’t change to reflect the current charge, so that seems pointless and not as useful as it could be. There are two main drawbacks to the app for me.

One, nearly half the time I open the app it gets stuck on the splash screen. I have to quit it and launch again, luckily it’s always worked on the second try.

Two, I consider it essential to be able to set my own “day end” time. As a shift worker I often don’t get to bed until after midnight, so my brushing sessions often end up on the wrong day, messing up my statistics and tracking. A skincare tracking app I use lets you choose for yourself when the day ends, and 02:00 as I’ve chosen is perfect for my schedule. Would love to see this option implemented here.

I’m also a little disappointed that there’s no info in the app about the differences between the brushing programs offered by the connected brush. It seems simple to offer a little guidance page with this info.

Meh

Has many nice features. However, the app is sluggish while using. Clicking something takes 4-5 seconds to register.

The most important part, the guided brushing, clearly needs more work, does not work as intended.

Requires access to your location all the time

To discover how far you are from your toothbrush. This is just nonsense.

This app sucks

For the past two weeks my brush have been in offline session even though it shouldn’t be. And I have never had access to my weekly dashboard. Since the toothbrush is very expensive I’m very dissapointed about the app, I expected more. The app is also very slow. I just want to brush my teeth!

Annoying popup message

«Offline session, some data unavailable»

This message is very annoying as it get shown several times in the app.

We mainly use the app to keep track on our brushes and how many sessions we got left. It could be easier if there’s an option to turn off the points system for instance and remove the annoying messages.
